Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must also be in resellable condition (clean, no damage, no odors). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
To start a return, contact us at aleksei@thenotemptybox.com. The return address will be provided to you after we receive your return request. Once you have the address, please send the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. A full refund will be issued only after inspection — if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, the refund may be reduced or denied.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at aleksei@thenotemptybox.com.
